Overtime procedures
If a playoff game ends in a tie:
TWO Ten Minute overtime periods in their entirety (Coin toss required) NO GOLDEN GOAL
If a team is winning at the end of the two ten minute overtime THE GAME IS OVER
If at the end of the two ten minutes overtime the game is still tied:
TWO Five Minute overtime periods with sudden death.
(Coin toss required)
If one team scores anytime during the two five minute periods GAME IS OVER
If neither team manages to score after the completion of the second five minute period than the game will be decided by kicks from the spot
(Another coin toss required)
Kicks from the spot
USE FIFA laws when administering spot kicks with the Exception:
Any player on the roster may participate in the spot kicks provided they were not ejected from the match
Eleven and only eleven players participate in spot kicks – there is no player reduction
In addition, only players participating in the kicks are allowed in the center circle –no coaches
All referees should be recording during kicks.

The Fourth referee is in control of the two technical areas
Manage Coaches
Makes sure that all substitute players are seated at all times
Makes sure that coaches are in their technical areas
Make sure all balls are in bags. Only game balls can be out (Do not have balls around benches and do not allow players to warm up with balls during the game)
Records Everything. At minimum record ALL Yellow Cards, Red Cards, Scores, and Serious injuries. You do not need a clip board; it is recommended that you use your regular referee notebook
Can be dressed in matching referee uniform as the remainder of the crew or in a black jacket
